THE EXP-222 WATER SPORT DRY SUIT IS THE SAME DESIGN AND IS

MADE FROM THE SAME QUALITY AMERICAN MATERIALS AS ALL

"NEPTUNE" SERIES DIVING DRY SUITS (SEE THE EXP-100 AND THE

EXP-200 PICTURE ON THE KME HOME PAGE).  THE DIFFERENCE IS

THAT THERE ARE NO DRY SUIT VALVES INSTALLED.   THIS RUGGED,

FORM FITTING, FLEXABLE AND STRETCHABLE EXPOSURE SUIT IS

IDEAL FOR SAILING, WIND SURFING, SURFING, JET SKIING, WATER

SKIING, BARE FOOT SKIING AND MANY OTHER "ON OR IN THE

WATER" NON DIVING USES.

SPECIFICATIONS:

The EXP-222 Drysuitt is made of the best materials available.  The body of the dry suit

is made from RUBATEX G-231-N neoprene foam sheet material with Jersey knit

stretch nylon on both sides.  G-231-N is the best grade of foam neoprene in the world. 

You have the choice of suit thickness to meet your needs, ranging from 1/8" (3 mm),

3/16" (5 mm) or 1/4" (6.5 mm) at no additional cost.

The waterproof zipper used by KME in the EXP-222 is a diving dry suit standard size
8 gas and is water tight to 1 atmosphere.  An optional "relief" zipper positioned

horizontally in front, just above the crotch is also available.  As an option, KME will

install a "BDM" Heavy Duty waterproof zipper for the shoulder entry zipper, in

place of the size 8 Standard zipper.

The standard boot on the EXP-222 is the "Deck-Boot" manufactured by KME, using
a heavy rubber sole lasted on a waterproof neoprene sock.  Other optional boots are

available, with the upgrade to the "K-Boot",  being the most popular.
The K-Boot fits well inside swim fins or heavy overshoes and it is petroleum proof.

All adhesives used in the EXP-222 are the best available for each functional use, no
"wet suit" adhesives are used.  The dry suit seams are sewn with nylon thread on

the outside or, as an option, a nylon sealing tape .  All suits are sealed over

the inside seams with a replaceable and repairable rubber compound.

KME makes two industrial grades of the EXP-222 dry suit.  For specific information

on these dry suits, contact KME for further information.

KME makes available a full line of Dry Suit maintenance and repair products, so

that field repairs may be made by the user. KME does repairs, alterations or parts

replacement on all brands and types of dry suits, wet suits, survival suits and

fishing waders.
