Read and Follow all operating instructions and
qualified advice and requirements for use of the equipment.

                      Examine all equipment fittings, buckles, snaps or other
                         fasteners, webbing and sewing before and after any uses, or
                         long periods of storage.

                      Replace any defective, worn or deteriorating components,
                         parts, or articles of equipment before attempting to use
                         said equipment. Use only products designed for Rescue

in rescue missions or during rescue training.

                      DO NOT exceed recommended or stated forces, loads, or
                         other factors regarding safe use of the equipment. Always
                         be extremely careful and cautious. Review emergency
                         procedures before each use. Do not be over confident.

                     NEVER attempt to use equipment packed, assembled or fitted
                         by others without personally inspecting it before you use it.
           Know and examine your equipment before each use.

FOR USE WITHOUT PROPER INSTRUCTION AND TRAINING
BY CERTIFIED OR OTHERWISE QUALIFIED INSTRUCTORS
FOR EACH AND EVERY USE OF THIS EQUIPMENT.

ADDITIONAL WARNING: Any Person using SCUBA, Rappelling, Climbing,
Extraction or Parachute equipment Must Be familiar with the proper operating
techniques as well as equipment inspection and maintenance. No Person should

ever attempt any form of SCUBA Diving, Rappelling, Climbing, Extraction or
Parachuting without Proper Instruction and Training by a certified or otherwise

recognized AND qualified instructor.
